Chile jelly!!

This stuff is SUBERB!! I tried the Lemon Drop jelly first and immediately fell in love with it! Today I made some Starfish jelly, and that was even better! Next one will be some rocoto variety, a canario perhaps...? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you like sweet stuff. Recipe coming later.
