Fresh Aji Cristals mixed with the dough.
Highly recommended!
Heat level: mild to medium, depending on how much Aji Cristals you use.
If you want it hot. Use Naga Morich instead.
For finnish people, both varieties available at largest Finnish markets!
Make sure to spot the Fatalii logo for premium quality!
